Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

We aim to process all orders placed through www.ceviperfumes.com within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays).
Processing begins once your payment has been successfully authorised.


2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Time

We currently ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Dubai & Northern Emirates: 1–2 business days

  • Abu Dhabi & Remote Emirates: 2–4 business days

  • Subject to change during high-volume periods (e.g., launches, holidays)

Please note orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.


3. Shipping Rates & Methods

We use trusted local courier services such as Aramex, Fetchr, and others to deliver your perfume securely.

  • Standard shipping (UAE): AED 20 (Free Over the orders of AED 200)

  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS including your tracking number.
You may use this to track your parcel directly with the courier.


5. Customs, Duties & Imported Goods

Since we ship only within the UAE, no additional customs or duties apply for local customers.
If you expand internationally in the future, you will be responsible for any applicable customs or taxes.


6. Delivery Exceptions

If the courier is unable to deliver your package (e.g., wrong address, recipient not available), it may be returned to our warehouse.
We will attempt to contact you and arrange re-delivery or alternative arrangements.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct.


7. Missing or Damaged Items

If your parcel arrives missing items or damaged, please contact us immediately at:

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
We will investigate and resolve the matter within 48 hours.


8. Returns and Refunds

This Shipping Policy should be read in conjunction with our Return & Refund Policy (see link).
You may return eligible items under the return policy (outlined separately).


9. Changes to This Policy

We may update our shipping policy as our business evolves (new courier partners, international shipping, etc.).
