Refund policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be in unused condition, with all packaging intact.

  • Be returned in its original packaging (bottle, box, seals).

  • Be accompanied by the proof of purchase (order number, receipt, confirmation email).

2. How to Return

We will provide you with instructions and the return address.
Please send your item at your expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part (faulty product, wrong item sent).

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at  info@ceviperfumes.com with your order number and details.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been opened and used (applied, sprayed, decanted).

  • Items missing original packaging or with broken seals.

  • Gifts and promotional items that were marked as non-returnable.

6. Shipping Returns

When returning a product:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of delivery.

  • We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
